Text: Acts 9:10-18

10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias;  and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias.   And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus:  for, behold, he prayeth, 12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.   13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:  14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.   15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way:  for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:  16 For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.   17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house;  and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.   18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales:  and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

MORE THAN ONE GIFT IN OPERATION at a time

Text: Acts 9:10-18

Memory verse: Acts 9: 15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel.

When we pass on a Word of Knowledge to others, there is in operation at that one delivery more than just the Word of Knowledge. For example, there is:

The Word of Knowledge, the information or ministry to pass on; there is Word of Wisdom (knowing when and where to share it; there is the Gift of Discerning of Spirits, depending on the message and circumstances, Discerning of Spirits helps you to know the spirit of the person you are to minister to; there could also be the Gift of Prophecy some Words of Knowledge come out to the congregation as prophecy;

There could also be the Gift of Faith, it takes the gift of faith to make known spiritual or supernaturally gained knowledge about others; there could also be the Gifts of Healing where a Word of Knowledge involves the physical condition of a person; there could also be the Working of Miracles, where there is a miraculous confirmation of the Word of Knowledge given.

To exercise the Word of Knowledge or any Gifts of the Holy Spirit is a blessing and a privilege. What a joy it is to see people touched by the Holy Spirit because we allow Him to use us to be a channel through which He can flow. Be available! Be sensitive to God, and to the people. Make sure you here from the Holy Spirit and be obedient and give God all the glory.

From acts 9:10-18 you can give analysis of the various gifts displayed in the ministration of the Holy Spirit through Annanias to Apostle Paul.

1.  Lord Jesus, revive your works through Your gifts in me.

2.  LORD God Almighty, give me the capacity and grace to accommodate all the Spiritual gifts at the same time in Jesus’ name. Amen.
