3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

THE WORD OF KNOWLEDGE from thoughts
Text: 2 Corinthians 10:3-6
Memory verse: Nahum 1: 7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
Another pathway to receive words of knowledge is through our thought life. Suddenly you just sense that you know something that you were previously not aware of. You receive understanding from heaven. You may receive a word of knowledge by seeing letters or a word, or maybe the Lord shows you someone’s face in your mind’s eye. These gives you a point of engagement with the word of knowledge.
It is important to note that God is concerned about our thought life. He connects through our thoughts to transmit a revelation that is needed to transform lives. His word is packed with reminders, recommendations, and rebukes on how and what we think. God cares about what’s inside our head and our hearts just as much, as our actions and reactions. Every one of us is created with a unique intellect, with a mind that is capable and exposed to so much and we need to direct and harness it and use it the way God designed us to. Sometimes we can get stuck in patterns of unhealthy thoughts, which lead to unhealthy feelings, which can then lead to unhealthy actions or habits. This is why our thoughts are so important.
In thoughts it is important that we direct our thoughts to Spiritual things rather than canal things. Romans 12: 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. And in Colossians 3: 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him. Our mind has the greatest force of reason, there is also the greatest corruption of all, which gradually weakens all things.
Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind. The old mode of living is to be abandoned; a new one to be presumed. The mind is to be renovated; and not only its general complexion, but the very spirit of it; all its faculties and powers must be thoroughly, completely, and universally renewed.
