Text: Genesis 3:1-7

1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made.   And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?  2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:  3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.   4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:  5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her;  and he did eat.   7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked;  and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

ADVERSARIES

Text: Genesis 3:1-7

Memory verse: Revelations 22: 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.

Adversaries are enemies or obstacles to your advancement. The enemy will try his best to keep you from stepping through the gigantic doors of opportunity God desires to open for you. Satan is afraid of what will happen when “his” territory is invaded by someone like you fully equipped with a full arsenal of spiritual weapons. Yes, that is what you are doing with this fasting, equipping yourself Spiritually for the second half of the year. Satan knows this, that God will open doors for you. God needs you to make a determined decision that you will walk through them, no matter the opposition, with the help of the Holy Spirit. By opening the door, God has already done His part, which would have been impossible without His assistance. Now he beckons on you to come, get dressed in the whole armour of God and in the power of His Word and then proceed through that effectual door into new territories. It may look like enemies are everywhere, the truth is that the devil and his forces flee and collapse when they are subjected to a show of strong faith.

Many great and effectual doors have been opened to me over the years to do the work of the Gospel. In each case, I knew that these doors were unique to me and had never been opened for anyone else within the system. And just as Paul experienced opposition, there were plenty of enemies that have been against me with every opportunity. However, because I obeyed God, the devil was forced to move out of the way, and I walked right into the virgin territory that God had opened to me.

Your situation may look terrifying but think about this: There is no great door without obstacles and adversaries, your determination to overcome knowing that God is standing by you that will make the difference. If God has supernaturally opened a new door for you, this new door may not have been opened to any one before or it may have been but now specifically to you and uniquely packaged. God is not telling you to walk through it so that you can fail. I can assure you that if you take the bold step to walk through that door, you will see the miraculous. He will be with you on every step you will make. He will empower you to defeat every foe that will want to stop you, this is where his name will be glorified. That new territory that is yours, you will possess it in Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Bible does allow prayers against our enemies but only at very specific times. This type of prayer should not be common and should always be prayed with godly intentions and a godly heart. You cannot pray against your enemies out of hatred, rather you pray ‘imprecatory’ prayers. Imprecatory prayers are prayers for divine justice or punishment to come for someone who is practicing evil. It’s important to recognize that when we are asking for the Lord to judge our enemies, we are not asking God to be unjust. Our enemies deserve the wrath of God. For God to judge them is not an injustice. The ultimate is to see the salvation of their souls not to die in the evil practice. To be judged, punished, and allow to repent because God is not interested in the death of any sinner. This may happen to any stubborn sinner that want to touch God’s anointed. For example, Apostle Paul says, in Galatians 1:9 ‘As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preaches any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed’. In other words, anyone who preaches a distorted gospel, “shall be cursed.

 Prayers 

1.  In the name of JESUS, I command that every potential within me to be unlocked and break forth in Jesus’ name. Amen.

2.  The storm of the Lord shall pursue and overtake all powers conspiring against my advancement and demotion in Jesus’ name. Amen.

3.  From now on all my enemies will start to fight themselves I decree confusion in the camp of my enemies IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS.

4.  Nobody is ever alone; you are either CONTROLLED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT OR CONTROLLED BY DEMONS. Every demon working in my life and against my life, that has tied me in one place, by the POWER of the Holy Ghost I break all your chains and tools that have been used to connect me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

5.  I speak freedom. healing, deliverance, and breakthrough in the name of JESUS.

6.  Today, I decree and declare that no curse that run through biological lineage can stand the blood of Jesus, all generational curses holding me down be broken in Jesus mighty and matchless name. Amen.

7.  Almighty God, let there be storms and quakes in the camp of all working against me and my destiny in Jesus’ name. Amen.

8.  Almighty God, destroy every spell sent against my life and destiny in Jesus’ name. Amen.

9.  Arise O Lord! Confront and pull them down. With your sword and judgement, save me from the wicked. With your hand, Lord, save me from evil people in Jesus’ name. Amen. 

Isaiah 49:26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty one of Jacob.

10.  Almighty God oppress all my oppressors in Jesus’ name. Amen.  

11.  Any man or woman, a witch, or a wizard, with powers from any source that want to feast on my destiny and glory, Almighty God, let them feast on their flesh and blood in Jesus’ name. Amen.

12.  Shield me oh Lord from any arrow from the camp of my enemies in Jesus’ name. Amen.

13.  My clouds must bring in abundant rain of restoration. Let my cloud oh LORD resist any kind or wave of storm in Jesus’ name. Amen.

14.  Oh God, secure the life and glory of all my Children in this generation and the generation to come from every category of adversaries with the special blood of Jesus’ Christ. Amen.

Make these declarations 

The Almighty God activate every hidden potential within you to resist every adversity positioned to stop you in Jesus’ name. Amen. The LORD shall overtake all plotting your downfall in Jesus’ name. everyone struggling to afflict you shall eat their flesh and drink their own blood in Jesus’ name. Amen. The Lord destroys every spell working against you in Jesus’ name. Amen. Your cloud is empowered to resist every form of storm and waves. Restoration is coming your way this second half of 2024 in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
